“Holy Balls beer is to pay homage to my dad who has been doing home brewing for the past 10 years. I wanted to create a brand that completely personifies his funny, sporty, guys-guys nature. Oh, and of course his childhood nickname “Balls.” Holy Balls is the perfect dark beer for that manly man in your life.”

My name is Kate and I am a senior in the Graphic Design program at the University of Wisconsin - Stout. Design is something that I live for. I love being able to wake up each morning and think, What can I create today? I am a believer in getting your hands dirty and enjoying the creative process. Beauty in simplicity is what inspires me. Lighthearted color pallets, hand-drawn typography, morning lighting, silver spoons, envelopes, and children’s books are some of my favorite inspirations. Things like everyday objects, nature, the handcraft, and childhood memories, are what my eyes and heart are drawn to. The little things in life are what drive my work to be simple, elegant, clear, and fun.
