Alexandre Mauro was born in Campinas and was a teenager in São José do Rio Preto, Brazil’s countryside. Since he was a child, he always knew that he wanted to become a drawer. At the age of 17 he moved to São Paulo to study Industrial Design at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, but end up choosing Product Design. As soon as he graduated, Alexandre discovered his passion for illustration. Moved out to Milan, made an specialization in Graphic Design at Istituto Europeo di Design and learned about the way of life from the old continent. In 2011 he came back to his beloved and inspiring São Paulo to continue his career as a graphic designer.
