"Everyone experiences changes in their lives…and it is easy to get swept away in past memories and future endeavors. I have found that everyday I experience something that "grounds" me. Something that makes me stop and look around where I’m at. It may be a quote, it may be an experience, or something you said. Whatever it may be, these are things that remind me to be thankful, to be happy, and to just simply live."

I believe that less is more, that everything happens for a reason and to constantly BE PRESENT. I was taught to be humble, to always give 110% and to be a genuine soul with a happy spirit. For those who know me, understand that I am one to not have just one job. I love getting my hands in many things and living each day differently and creatively.
