"The identity system for Lake house was inspired by local trail maps - encouraging guest to get out of their room and enjoy the Adirondacks. We used topographic patterns, mountain coordinates and created iconography around the activities available during each season. The color palette is minimal, letting the natural textures and landscape take center stage. A rustic red is used throughout, adding a pop of color that ties back to the rich heritage of the Adirondacks."

At Tag Collective, the mission is to empower the people they believe in with thoughtful design solutions. Tag Collective believes that good design is more than just a pretty face — that’s why they’re dead set on working with visionaries who have the guts to do meaningful work. They promise their clients a process born from human empathy, designed to draw clarity from chaos to help them fulfill their potential.

Ten Dollar Fonts: Hardy    |    Official Store

Hardy is a display typeface whose circular cuts replace each angled intersection. For every 45° and 90° angle, there is a circle to soften the edge while still maintaining the typeface’s chiseled appearance. Each circle’s size is determined by the measure of the angle. The result is a largely masculine, yet somewhat awkward geometric face with strong personality.

Hardy is designed by Wade Jeffree, a New York based Designer, Art Director and metal-loving Vegan originally from Melbourne, Australia. Wade currently works at Sagmeister And Walsh.

"This project is a homage to the tv series we couldn’t stay away from in recent times: Breaking Bad, Dexter, Lost, Mad Men and Homeland.

The collection consists of five thematic posters based on typographical cuts of paper and cardboard. We tried to represent the spirit of each series by pointing out the most important statements and situate them in their typical ambience using characteristic elements and moods.”

Bandiz design studio is based in Madrid, Spain. This studio is focused on graphic design, photography, print design and art direction.
