Book and Illustration Design for Picture No Galleries by McCarthy Studio
In 2019 Jenny Harper, together with the Chartwell Trust, set out to document the impact that the lack of funding had on art galleries across Aotearoa.
McCarthy Studio came up with the concept for Picture No Galleries, creating a number of different scenes illustrating the effect of a world without galleries.
The book is designed with a limited three-colour palette and bound together with multiple diecut Colorplan covers to match.
